Simple Shift Power Transmission
Eliminate the need for Re-clutching without relying on a complex synchromesh unit

synchronized rotation
The SSPT system’s innovation lies in the synchronized rotation of the driving and driven members during gear shifts, which minimizes collision risks and ensures efficient engagement. The strategically placed blocks provide resistance, equalizing speed between members and enhancing overall transmission efficiency.
The SSPT system ensures smooth gear shifts without damaging the gearbox through following mechanisms
Aligned Rotation
During gear shifts, both the driving and driven members rotate in the same direction, preventing collisions between gears.
Proportional RPM
The RPM of all gears is directly proportional to the acceleration based on gear ratios. This synchronization ensures seamless gear transitions.
Block Resistance
Blocks within the driving and driven members resist each other during gear engagement, distributing the load evenly and preventing damage.
Categorized Shift Dogs
Longer and shorter shift dogs are categorized based on gear ratios, allowing for adequate surface rubbing and efficient engagement during gear shifts.
Dynamic Speed Adjustment
When a driving member moves towards a driven member at a certain speed, the load and speed of attack are reduced, preventing damage due to motion.
Design Flexibility
The SSPT system's design can be modified according to specific requirements without compromising the principle of "resistance."
